Description: North/South Consultants Inc. has immediate requirement for an
advanced GIS specialist. The positions is full-time and located in the Winnipeg
Office with competitive salaries and benefits.
Under direction of the information systems group manager and senior management,
the role of the successful candidates will include:
The GIS analyst will work collaboratively with other senior members of the information
systems group staff to assist in the development and implementation of geodatabases,
relational databases, aerial and digital video interpretation, and computer programming.
Experience with ArcGIS and relational databases is essential. Familiarity with SQL
Server, ArcSDE, and Visual Basic would be an asset.
